What save system? you don't have to go to the DMV in person!!!?

I contacted NILC when I was still waiting for my bio appt. They told me they wouldn't be able to help until my renewal hits 120 days :/

I'm sure once you do your Bios your approval will follow shortly after.

I did everything that i could so far: emailing USCIS, calling (tier 1 and 2) them, NILC, and many more.

At this point i'm hopeless.
Try calling and asking to speak to an immigration officer, I think that's what finally helped me to get my bios scheduled after 70+ days of waiting! Good luck!

You're right might have been 120 days.. but now they have more staffing so they may be able to start looking at earlier dates. Just an assumption on my part.

"California Service Center: csc-ncsc-followup@dhs.gov
Vermont Service Center: vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov
Nebraska Service Center: NSCFollowup.NCSC@uscis.dhs.gov
Texas Service Center: tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

If you do not receive a response within 21 days of emailing the service center, you may
email the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations at SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov."

When I went to the infopass, it seems like they had the ability to schedule bios manually, except my officer linked it to my last renewal...so double check everything right there.

Reposting from the biometrics thread:

I just received the following email. Please keep in mind that I never received an access code letter in the mail when I got my two receipt notices early on. I was granted access to ELIS by calling the customer service line and speaking with a T2.

"The status of this service request is:

Your biometrics appointment has been requested. At the time your case was received by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), you were provided a USCIS online account. With this account you can:

* Receive a copy of all notices mailed to you.
* Check the status of your case.
* Sign up to receive email notifications and text messages.
* Manage your account preferences and contact information.

To access your account, please follow the steps below:
1. Visit us online at https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov
2. Select the “Create a New Account” icon on the upper right side of the screen, and follow the on-screen instructions for creating a new account in order to login to the system.
3. Under “Actions” (on the right), select “Enter Your Online Access Code.” Your access code was provided in on your Receipt Notice.
4. Enter your “Online Access Code” (found on the upper right side of the Receipt Notice) and your “Date of Birth” in the fields provided. Then, select “Submit.” If the information you enter is correct, you will return to the “Customer Home Page” and see a message indicating that you have successfully linked your case to your account. Information regarding your case will now appear at the lower left side of the application under “Recent Cases.”

And it goes on longer to talk about it expiring 30 days from receipt, yada yada yada..

Has anyone received an email like this? Does this perhaps signal that I will be a part of today's "Friday batch"? Maybe I am grasping at straws here, but I will take anything I can get at this point.

Just checked my records and I got that email on 08/18 and my ASC notice was scheduled on 08/27. So it's coming my man!
Pretty sure Johan got same email as well.

Fingers crossed! This is the first time I've seen an email like this, and I recall that some longtime bios sufferers received an online access code message / notice shortly before they received biometrics. Does that sound about right?

My brother submitted an inquiry because his bio hasn't been scheduled yet and he received the same email last week. He hasn't heard anything ever since though. He also had to call in for ELIS access code which is what I had to do too.
