I don't want to let HR put me back on payroll and then 2 weeks later get my EAD card with it showing the starting date around 9/22/2016...
My HR is doing just that. From what I gathered on here and from previous documents, EAD exp and active date is same as our DACA.

APPLICATION SENT: 08/23/16
SERVICE CENTER: IOE ? :O
BIOMETRICS: early walk-in on 09/02/12
APPROVAL: TBA

Usually takes about 1-1.5 months for my renewal so I wait a little later to file. The time lines I am seeing now it is really scary!

I was so excited because right after I sent my renewal forms I got a biometrics appointment letter just a week later. So quick, then 3 days later I walked in and I was feeling great until I browsed this timeline.
I too got over-confident thinking this renewal would be quick like last time and sent my application only 60 days before expiration, and here I am now, expired and still waiting with my job on the line

Congrats to everyone who got approved in the last few days!

Anyone got told that their checks were pending and later got approved? Wondering what steps, if any, I can take to expedite this?
One of the Tier 2 reps said this, although every SR response previously just came back as pending review by officer. Been trying to confirm this, but every tier 2 rep has just been saying that they can't discuss security information.

They told me that 5 days before I got approved. I think it's just a way to get you off the phone but I'm just guessing....

Here is a question for y'all... So as you know I got approved on sept 8th for DACA... Well on August 26th I submitted my AOS package (marriage Usc).. The question is will I have to do another set of biometrics?

Congrats on your AOS application. Yep, you will need to do another set of biometrics for your receipt #s.

Decent thing abt I485/AOS checks is that they will approve your app if checks take longer than 180 days. Checks are valid for 15 months at a time, but as your priority date is current with I-130 IR petition, it shouldn't take multiple rounds of biometrics.

OK, Thank You.

Seems so, will ponder what I will do and make a decision by next Friday.

This is the response I received from IRLC:

ILRC will elevate this case to USCIS.
Please keep me updated with any developments on this case, especially if your case is approved. Please check your case status daily on (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do.
For additional cases, please use the following link instead of email:

Thank you.

Sounds like some of you are lucky enough to not have an HR on top of things or work for a company that doesn't e-verify... My company's HR person was actually the one that reminded me that I would have to show a permit soon because she got an email from the e-verify system to remind her of it.
