Anyone have a similar timeline and have been approved?
Some early May people have been approved, including myself and WGITF. We got ours last week--yours will probably come this week or next. Check on Wednesday or Thursday, since that's when approvals are reflected on the ELIS account.

My receipy date is actually April 18 so not an early May. I do know eva02 was an early May applicant as well. Also, VIVACE! You'll be fine. I do understand your troubles but all you really need is the DL. I've never had to spend more than 10 seconds passing by with my ID.

I just got back from my InfoPass. When I told them about my issue they told me “We don’t schedule biometrics appointment, you have to call the 1 800 number”. When I asked them about temporary extension for my DACA they told me that they don’t do it as well. The lady also told me “ You should be glad that you’re in US.”

This was waste of time.

I also went to ASC center just with my receipt to try to do my biometrics. They told me that with just a receipt they can not do it. They also told me that USCIS office (infopass) has the ability to schedule bios.

According to NILC, here are 8 steps to take if your DACA renewal is delayed.

1. Check your case status at USCIS

2. Contact USCIS

Note: Only do the following if your case has been processing beyond 105 days from the date on your receipt.

3. Contact your local USCIS office and schedule an Infopass appointment to see an immigration officer. Note...The officer can give two month extensions if your case is within the 150 to 120 day window.

4. Contact the USCIS Ombudsman for assistance and dictate the steps you have taken. Ask for expideted handling via the online form. https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx

5. Submit an outside normal processing time inquiry

6. Contact the Service Center handling your renewal

7. Contact your congressional representative and ask for an immigration case worker

8. Contact NILC or ILRC for assistance if your case is beyond 120 days processing time.

Greetings,

I was approved last Thursday and I was able to download the approval notice for DACA on Sunday but the status of the I-765 went back to "USCIS has accepted your application, petition, or request for processing."

Have any of you who've been approved experienced this?

I thought the nightmare was over!
