Delayed EAD notifications/card 2016 - Page 26

Have you called to find out what is going on? Had your case tracker ever changed?? More than a month delay in EAD- this is ridiculous...

Thought for sure my card was coming in the mail today... Tracking number said it was sorted and picked up by my local mailman for delivery today, but alas, no card. I waited for it ALL DAY, and the mail man finally came around 8pm and it's not there. So much can for bringing it in fir my first day back to work tomorrow.

I'm literally crying now... This whole process has been so exhausting. I just don't understand why it all has to be so hard. Next thing it's lost in the mail or something...

Sorry for the dramatics, but I swore up and down it was coming man... Now I have to call my job AGAIN and tell them that although it was supposed to come, it didn't.

Ive been through the same and they told me it was lost so i feel your pain. He may have delivered it to someone else or based on the time it reached the office he didnt come back to get it and will give it in the AM. Try to hang in there pal

Tried calling your local usps to pick it up? Some offices give it to you with an id. Maybe you can drop by and pick it up first thing in the morning as it's already there...

Hey all, it was "sent out for delivery" at 11:11 am this morning, and maybe that was too late for it to actually make it to my mailbox today? Or maybe it got lost. Either way, I'm just going back to the mindset I had when I was waiting on my approval- forget about it and focus on other things. I'll contact the post office first to see if it really is lost, though.

Thanks for chiming in, you guys. I guess it's just been a really rough renewal this time around. Sigh.

After you get approved how long does it take for the card to go "into production"

Seems like this round is all luck, some people get their card 10-15 days and some are having delays. Nonetheless, awful experience we are all going thru.

I understand how awful you must feel. We got approved the same day and I've yet to see my card being mailed on either case status sites.

I'm praying for you. Brightest side of it all, it's approved and we have all the proof if they lose it or delay it more. Hang in there, it's surely coming.

Did you check to see if I was delivered? Same thing hsppened to me and it turns out they delivered the card to my lawyer today. . I would call usps to see where they delivered? After being on the phone today with usps all morning I was able to trace the package and connect the dots and turns out they shipped and delivered to my lawyer. after 2 hours drive both ways I was finally was able to pick up my card from him. Not sure why they delivered to him since in the Past it came to my home address. Sorry you had to go through this. Keeping you in my prayers

LOL I can't send an ELIS message to ask WTF is up with my I-765, as the only receipt # it allows me to pick is I-821D...lol so lame...
