n September 20, 2016, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number IOE . We will mail your approval notice.
I got the deffered action approval notice but no signs of work permit approval notice or card yet.

That is what my case tracker said but eventually it changed to card was picked up USPS etc.

That's how I would get but I tried very hard not to loose hope.
