Guys, I just submitted an inquiry and my SR number was also sent to TSC. I hope that's a good sign...I sent one around 8/15 for bio to be scheduled and that got sent to NSC. Not sure what to make of this...

I just got off the phone with a Tier 2 rep who was pretty rude, but she did say that the person assigned to my case has submitted his decision to a manager for a final decision. She said that was the final stage, but couldn't say wether that meant I was approved or not, only that a decision had been made today for manager approval. I contacted ILRC yesterday, so maybe that helped. I don't see why I wouldn't be renewed, but there's no telling how long the manager's approval takes. Hopefully this happens soon!

Not yet. Still shows as being produced since last Friday. I think giving it a full week is reasonable. I haven't even received my DACA approval letter yet, just the online ELIS print out is available.

Hello Everyone,

I just joined right now. My work permit is expiring 10/09. My job, a major healthcare provider has decided to terminate me on that day. I was holding onto hope that I would be put on a leave of absence. However HR contacted their legal team to ask, and they said they will fire me. I am a mess, and I have barely been at this job that I liked for 4 months. I am just going to disappear from the job on that date. I told my supervisor about the situation, and he was supportive. However he was surprised about what it's like to be a DACA worker. I don't know if people will find out at work.
I knew something was wrong with this renewal. Ever since I started my job I had been saving money.
Today is day 91 I think.

Fair enough. I just remember last time I had my card in less than a week. Too much to ask for this time around though I guess.

Interestingly my app went back to "accepted" for the I-765 on ELIS but "produced" in case tracker. It's the opposite for my I-821. "Approved" on ELIS, still stuck on the "biometrics" on the case tracker. Also don't see the 821 approval on ELIS...Oh well
