38 days and NO BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT - Page 21

Mine was produced the 13 but they told me it went into production the 16, I received it yesterday, Oct 3.

They first sent me the letter saying that my waiting time was normal and then the next day I received another letter to create an elis account. I think that a week later I received on my account the biometrics appointment which was like 15 days later.

Okay thanks gives me an idea of what to expect or not to expect.

Does anyone know how long after biometrics I would have to wait?

Well my biometrics appointment was sep 13 and the next day they approved my 821d. I got my permit oct 3.

Well I hope it's soon I don't think I'll get it by Oct 13 /: but I'm gonna stay somewhat optimistic I'm gonna be placed on leave from my job so I'm not losing it completely

I read that after 109 days you can put in a service request on your case. Have you tried contacting them through your elis account?

Update: Finally got biometrics scheduled. Checked elis account and its for the 25th of this month!

I don't have an Eli's account, I received a letter to set it up but the code was expired they sent it like two weeks ago and it says the code should've expired within 30 days I requested a new one and d they were going to mail me a new one so I don't know.

You should just walk in, you'll get your permit faster!

Yeah gonna walk in tomorrow at the houston asc. Anyone tried walking in in houston??

Update: walked in today successfully. Biometrics done, just waiting for approval now.
