At the end of source1 it states:

I think he should definitely do it... and help a lot of good young people with dreams out. His legacy will already be F#$% by trump... trump will in no doubt reverse a lot of his accomplishments and progress.

That sounds like that would contradict the concept of a pardon... but as i've said before i'm no lawyer..

I doubt that President Obama will issue such a pardon but a pardon cannot be rescinded by the incoming president.
