I still don't see how manufacturing jobs will come back to USA.

Therefore I do not think he will be a great president. He promise a lot that is not doable such low taxes.

I wish she would've asked him about climate change. It hasn't rained where I'm at in 2 months

I am not gonna lie. If Trump and GOP treats DACA well, I might turn into a lifelong Trumplican.

Well that is their plan.

It is up to you if you give in or not.

By terrific people, does he mean dreamers???

Although....we're not sure yet what he means by "immigration bill". It may not be mass deportation, but it could be heavy border security and limiting immigration visas for foreign workers. It could also mean tougher criteria for those who wants to migrate here. Until we hear the details, we can't be so sure.

Besides, any "immigration bill" would still have to go through the house and senate. Republicans may have the majority, but it's not automatic that things will get done. Obama promised us an immigration bill on his 1st term as well, with democrats in majority, and that went nowhere.

Do you know the reason that went nowhere?

Because they focus on passing Obamacare.

I agree with you that we are not certain what this immigration bill consist of, but it is 8 million steps forward from where we were with Trump.

The republicans and democrats are going to have a pissing contest. I fully expect some democrats to reject the republican bill and claim it's not broad enough in order for republicans not to get bragging rights on passing immigration reform. Imagine republicans having passed every successful CIR within the last few decades. We might see a struggle between the two parties and democrats would let it die. They don't care to pass CIR they only care to pass it to gain votes.
