Who still has an ADVANCE PAROLE application pending?

They received my application September 9th...still waiting for an answer but now I'm scared to even go to Mexico if approved since Trump and all....

I've done a lot of research on advance parole approval time. It seems to be taking 6-8 weeks for most people. They received my application on September 21, I'm on week 7 and praying to get a response within the week. Hopefully USCIS doesn't start slowing up application processing because of the election. Smh

What was your reason for requesting AP? And have you called to try to expedite the process? When is your expected travel dates?

As long as you go and come back before January 20, you should be fine. I submitted my application about 2 weeks ago and now I am very nervous to not get it on time.

I am still waiting! Will make 3 months on Nov 26th. They received my application on Aug 26th. I called twice already and nothing. Will call back next week...

Is it safe to travel on advance parole if you only have four months for it to expire and with renewal pending?

Yes it's safe to travel as long as you're back in the States before January 20th..

What was the date you put for your travel date? I'm wondering because it seems that USCIS bases the waiting time off that. I could be wrong, but that seems to be the correlation.
