Hello guys and gals!

I graduated high school in May of 2013. Now I'm ready to continue my education.

I work a full-time job and well I want to do online schooling. I'm aiming for an associate's degree or even maybe a certificate.

Any suggestions on accredited and good online schools?

I live in the state of Georgia if that helps...

Thank you very much for any suggestions!

Is there a specific major you're interested?

Do a self assessment test to identify possible majors you might be interested in. Without a major, nobody will be able to recommend any programs to you.

Why don't you look up into a community college? I live In the Houston area and I attended Lone Star College it's affordable. Of course accredited as well...if you want to look in to this college, they do offer online classes and class credits are transferable to many universities.

Why don't you try software engineering? If you're gonna go STEM, go big or go home, I say. A community college with night and online classes, like tx24 said, might have coding classes.

Then you can transfer to a 4-year college and get a Bachelor's. Be more than just an admin assistant. You're still young -- you have a whole world out there for you. Good luck!

I support the STEM + community college idea. You can get an associates and your generals out of the way at the same time, (should you later want a Bachelor's)

Do Computer Science. It will open a lot of opportunities for you. Totally worth the hard work.
