there are people who wait 2 years for green card to 25 years for a green card. waiting time depends on what visa you apply for and if there are quotas applied to it therefore i do not complain about such a long waiting time. it depends on what you can do for the country and those laws are similar in almost every country. countries cannot accept tens of millions of people in just a single year because there are limited resources and space that's why we have quotas for visas hence the long waiting time.
You must have had a family member petition you for a greencard.

How hard did you work to have been born from the right vagina?

I understand your concern. We are not arguing that it is ok to skip the line or break the law. What we are trying to do here is to push forward a compassionate legislation for people who came into this country under special circumstances. The way we came into this country is totally out of our control. We have grown up and contributed to this country and we wish to make it right with the law.

So basically you were undercutting American workers by accepting cheaper wage than them.

Same can be said about undocumented workers and I think you're confusing the Eb3 visa with H-1B visas...

I think his points are valid. These are the same talking points a lot of people who opposed CIR make. I think we can't just ignore them, we should able able to answer these questions if we ever want to convince people to support CIR or Dream Act. I know they are hard questions but we can't just ignore them.

There are thousands of DACA students and former students that went to the top universities in the world here. We have a lot more right to be here than you. If we were allowed to apply for visas we would be first in line for true high skills. Dont try and and come rub what you did, I work with a lot of people from India and most of the people from there come from 3rd rate universities nobody even heard of. I'm sorry, but you are just the beneficiary of a horrible outdated visa system... get off your high horse.
