Hey guys I'm new here, just wanted to know if my husband might be eligible for DACA he came in 2005 being 12 years old but border patrol got him, he was unaccompanied, they sent him to refugee center his mom had to get him from there proving she was his mom etc, she had a hearing and the lawyer she had requested for her to sign voluntary departure since it wouldn't affect him in anything because he was a minor, so she did, she signed departure for him ! Immigration judge grant departure on or before April 2006 but he never left him and I were UNAWARE of this situation up until I decided to tell my in law that's I wanted to file papers for him, he is now 23 years old.

Sound to me like he is eligible. You'd likely need yo provide all the documentation regarding what you just described. Asking an immigration attorney also wouldn't hurt.

How long did you have to wait??? I attended the biometrics back in April and I still haven't heard a word from them. I called them this morning morning but it sounds like my application won't get finally processed until the end of this year, or around, more or less.

What service center was processing it, and did your application number start with IOE?
