I'm a financial advisor at a bank, recent promotion. Made 110k last year projecting 120-125k if everything works out.

On the same note we have some hard working dreamers here we should be proud of what we have accomplished with the cards we were dealt.

Your life your choices but just saying - there are plenty job in the Dallas (DFW) markets. There are hiring signs everywhere. Even if you didn't have enough work at job 1, you could have picked up a second job even if it was flipping burgers.

I wish Dreamers like you appreciated the privilege we have been given more.

I was in California for a new months and I was working fine, but can't say it went too well, I had bought a car there, long story short my car ended up impounded and by not having CA license I could not get it out after 30 days and that set me back, and one thing lead to another thing and things just weren't as good after that. Anyway, I dont want to fill the forums with bad news but yeah I have been trying I even worked cleaning floors but it didn't work out, and I was taken advantage of, things of that nature.

65k yearly salary before taxes. Just about 43k in pocket after taxes, amazing how much they take.

I got a house, new car, plenty nice things (furniture, 60'' TV, new bed/mattress, etc, etc) and now that DACA has been rescinded I have no idea how I'll be able to pay for it all. I'm not freaking out just yet but that dark shadow of the "what could be" is slowly growing as each month goes by . sigh.
