From what I read, the house democrats did vote NO on the CR. Looks like the FC gave up and voted for a clean CR.

Do you guys think that those who didn't vote with the majority of Dems werent "allowed" to do so by Schumer? As the minority leader, I think he gives the okay to those facing the least backlash/consequences.
