They probably would if they had had a close relative die in car crash. Honestly, you have absolutely no idea what's going on in their life. I have these fears because my parents lost status because of some tiny administrative errors. If we have constantly been disappointed/oppressed by a broken system, then it is perfectly understandable that we would have a general sense of skepticism and distrust on this issue.

I appreciate the concerns, guy's. But no, I don't live my life like this, it's just this one issue that has me stressed and has left me in a pretty fucked up state. I can't help it, it's hard to stop thinking about this. I don't go 20 minutes without coming back to this forum.

We all do it brother. I refresh this page like 100x a day....
Know this, you aren’t alone. By any means, not in this particular situation. Stay strong

Lmao even if it was true, it will take months for it to go before the courts. You missed out on daca because of the same paranoid fearful mindset. You would think you would learn your lesson? Let’s hope any bill just doesn’t include current daca recepients. That’s what you should be worried about.

That part is legal. People who come to the US under the VWP already sign the waiver, and they can be removed without a hearing.

The VWP is for tourists/nonimmigrants who don't have substantial ties to the United States. It is ludicrous to equate them with people who have been living here for years and hope to call America their home.

Not only this but if such bill actually passed and sign, no court would do anything about something, people voluntarily signed up for.
