what they mean by CHAIN MIGRATION? are they trying to limit it for relatives of US citizens or only DACA RECIPIENTS

I doubt Dems would agree to limiting all Citizens. It will probably be just us who are limited, until we become citizens.

Durbin on DACA: The next step is for bipartisan negotiators, who have already been working for months, to immediately reach an agreement that can pass both chambers and be signed into law by January 19th.

What do you mean. I'm saying that aged out dreamers and younger dreamers will qualify.
