Started at 11AM, so far they've just been complaining about each other.
Republicans are trying to make this about the 6-year renewal of CHIP included in the package that the Democrats are currently filibustering.

1st renewal received6/17/2014. Biometrics 7/10/14. Approved 9/8/2014.
2nd renewal received 4/19/2016. Biometrics 9/6. EAD Expired 9/8/2016, approved on 9/19/2016,
3rd renewal received 2/12/2018, biometrics 3/5. Approved 4/25/2018

DHS Sec Nielsen now meeting with the big four on DACA at the Capitol: McCarthy, Cornyn, Hoyer, Durbin.
