It will be brought to a vote in the Senate where Tom Cotton and David Perdue will want to attach poison pill amendments...and never pass.

The House will not vote on it (Hastert Rule and Paul Ryan) bringing us back at square one. Schumer and Pelosi better not fall for this crap.

This, and maybe Ryan puts GOP bill up for vote in the House. When it fails, Republicans will say Democrats don't want to negotiate.

Schumer and Pelosi should have known all this going into the shut down. Honestly, there were so many on this forum that predicted the GOP would pit CHIP against DACA.

There's just so many moving parts in the Senate, House, and WH that it's hard to even say what our chances are.
