6 times? Look at all the speeding tickets and traffic violations, DUI. He probably couldn't afford insurance.

This record definitely does not warrant his deportation. He's not a threat to the public. This is about ICE creating an environment of fear and hostility for all immigrants.

I dont know girl.

Drunk driving.
Driving without insurance.
Physical abuse.

....getting busted for the same thing over and over again. Guy clearly is incapable of change. I think he is worthy of he received. I wouldn't say they are treating him harshly.

Is this Jack's dad from LOST? His dad was an alcoholic doctor.

No "proof". Pretty self explanatory. I myself have gotten stopped and couldn't find insurance card in an adequate time. But I was lucky enough to have a human being as a cop, not someone looking to chastise me. Going over 10mph, lollll, who hasn't done that? A lot of frivolous charges. DUI there's no excuse for, although one can obtain a DUI from other things aside from alcohol. Domestic violence? once the cops are called, someone has to be held accountable, in the end he was found not guilty. Some of you guys should apply for jobs at ICE.

I got a red light ticket the other day. Is that bad? It was captured in a camera.

Time to turn yourself into ICE and hope that the good faith changes their minds

I paid it but it was a late payment. It went to BMW since they are the owners, and those assholes never sent it back to me until 2nd time. This happened in NYC, not sure if it makes a difference.

He wasn't found guilty of the physical abuse, so I don't think that can be used against him. I thought he didn't have 'proof of insurance' not that he didn't have insurance - but it is strange to have that happen multiple time. I still think it's too harsh a punishment.

I believe the only difference is that your insurance premium might go up.
