Wait, I thought showing our EAD's was enough proof for them to let us go. Suppose that you get stopped by a Border Patrol Agent and he asks you for proof of citizenship. If you tell them that you are under DACA and you show them your EAD, do they still have authority to question you more? It seems to me that they should not question you more after that. Please let me know if I am wrong.

The lady in question had an expired Tourist Visa.

I know, the reason I asked is because the poster above said it was DACA related and that they could question the shit out of us now. That's why I wanted to make sure we are still good as long as we carry our EAD's.
