To be honest, I've tried to seclude myself from this roller-coaster. I know something will happen in the next 6 months, good or bad, but I can't be stressing out about it; for me there is no point. I rather concentrate on my graduate degree and learn the most I can from my current workplace. My dad always says "anyone can take stuff away from you, but no one can take away your studies".

Just gotta listen to the old man and soldier on. Canada, Europe, Asia, all those places seem to be good candidates at this time. Hell even South America sounds good about now.

Just my 2 cents.

Then I went to school at Tuesday 4pm to 6:30pm and then I went to the hospital from 7pm to Wednesday 7am. Then I had a meeting at 8am to 9am. Then I went down to my senator's office with other Dreamers at 10:30am. We sat there until 2pm. Keep in mind I am tired as fuck throughout all of this, YET I STILL HAVE TO SPEAK. I STILL HAVE TO KEEP IT MOVING. But as a result of my work with other Dreamers, my senator, who previously voted to not shutdown the government ended up voting to shut it down. That felt great, but the grind continues. Listen, man, once this shit is resolved, us Dreamers are going to have the mental toughness and work ethic of a fucking God.
Well said! After all this ordeal we will need something harder than Guantanamo to break us

Honestly ever DACAer should write a autobiography at the end of this, I know I am. Future generations would want to know about our ordeals, our stories are riveting. We should have gave up long ago, but instead we became model citizens.

Just let it all out and keep going - that's how I got thru pre-Daca as well.

Side note: been keeping Jaylove16 and Fl_Dreamer in my prayers ever since I heard about each of their situations. My heartfelt condolences to you JayLove. <3
So kind of you! THANK YOU!!!!!!
