Eh, TBH, i was waiting on Congress to do something permanent and the idea of moving back to my country is as strong as ever with family living there. Now it looks like Congress won't do shit so i'll just submit application and if it gets renewed, great.

No big deal, at this point it's whatever.

If your appointment time has passed, or if you need to reschedule the appointment, please complete the Request for Rescheduling on the bottom portion of the notice.

If you have changed your address, indicate your new address on your ASC Appointment Notice when requesting to reschedule. Mail your Request for Rescheduling to the address indicated in the section Request for Rescheduling which is the Application Support Center.

Anyone know if you can reschedule biometrics appointment via phone, instead of mailing the appointment letter requesting to reschedule appointment?

When was your application accepted?

That was about 2 years ago (but I officially declared last year. I was working at a dealership so I always felt tempted enough to lease a car. Two months later, I get into a (small) accident and my insurance company refused to help me with the bill for my car. My insurance shot up to $250, car was $250 per month, and I had some credit card bills to take care of as well. I was going to pay it off, but I decided to go back to school instead without that financial burden. I have been handling my money a lot better now, thank god.

Got my biometrics letter in the mail today. It's scheduled for February 15th (Next next Thursday).

I have a question..there is a question in the application asking if you have s passport and which country issued it?! I have never had a passport since I was EWI, however, I finally got one this past summer. Do you think it’s necessary to let them know that I now have one? If so, do I have to make copies of the inside page?

That question is only if you left the country, for example, through AP. Doesn't seem like you did. You are not required to put in your passport info if you did not leave the country.

Tell that paralegal "thank you for your legal advice but i'd like to file anyway. You are getting paid so please do as asked." End of story.
