If the above is in the budget bill it seems like it would be hard for moderate democrats to vote against it unless Pelosi pressures them.
That has too many items that the Dems were pushing for to be able to vote against it. I think it'll pass.

Dem NY Engel to Fox: I support Pelosi on this. That's why I am going to vote no on the budget bill. DACA is important and we need assurance on this from House leadership
