I'll tell you what will happen. We are gonna get some sort of temporary relief with no ability to clear EWI. Why?? Cuz they can keep milking us over and over again. They will not deport us cuz they need an issue to keep at.

Somebody just commented something similar on one of my facebook posts.

A lot of people see that fucked up relationship, but even the Democrats in DC think we don't see it. They think we are all stupid.

I want to see what they will do with the travel restriction. Please get rid of the stupid AP restriction. Let us out for leisure. We have been trapped here for years. This feels like a prison.

Not the bill text but should be similar to this.

This was an amendment introduced by flake on the now failed Shell Bill HR 2579.

If Flake's new bill is similar to this...

Only thing I found was this:

`(ii) Approval of advance parole.--The Secretary, in the
Secretary's discretion, may grant an application for advance
parole. Approval of an application for advance parole shall
not constitute a grant of parole under subparagraph (B). A
grant of parole into the United States based on an approved
application for advance parole shall not be considered a
parole for purposes of qualifying for adjustment of status to
lawful permanent resident status in the United States under
section 245 or 245A.

Not sure if that means we cannot clear EWI with advanced parole.
