So I finally remembered my old password to this website! I can't believe it has been about 4 years since I've posted.

Basically since then, I have been going to Dental School to get my Doctor of Dental Surgery. So if anyone has questions regarding what school to apply for and how the application process works just shoot me a DM. In terms of paying for school, my family members are LR so they cosigned my private loans. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of options in that aspect.

But yeah, I can't believe I'm going to be starting my dream job next year! I've (Chris Traeger voice) Literally wanted to be a dentist since middle school and it's so crazy that I'm reaching the finish line soon.

If I can do it, trust me, any one can lol

Almost Dr. Will_Con

Congrats man! Good to hear DREAMers excelling.

Question:

What are the three best ways to minimize calcification on my teeth?

1. Oral Hygiene
Brushing with a toothpaste does wonders. And yeah, I know y'all don't wanna floss but start by doing it once every 3 nights and pick up the frequency. You'll notice less bleeding over time. I personally love the Listerine stretchy floss (I'm not a paid actor lol). Waterpic is ok, it's better than nothing.

2. Avoid soft drinks
Seriously, it's like drinking acid. I was suuuuuper addicted to soda but I know I gotta be a good example, so I've cut it out of my life like a bad ex.

3. See your dental team
Get your cleanings. There are some things that are too hard to remove with the tooth brush and toothpaste. They can also give you supplemental fluoride which makes your teeth stronger.

I floss everyday. I bought the Listerine brand yesterday per your suggestion. The rare times I don't floss, I feel as if I didn't brush my teeth at all.

Floss your teeth you sick animals.
