Would killing DACA force Congress to pass legislation?

Update on this. They drew Judge Olvera, the Obama appointee. Wonder if they will drop the suit now that their bid to rig the case by getting it before Hanen has failed.

I doubt it with the current Congress. Maybe BRIDGE Act.

This lawsuit asks the federal government to stop issuing or renewing any DACA permits in the future. It does NOT ask the federal government to remove any alien currently covered by DACA, Paxton says.

I wonder if we can sue to kill off Ken Paxton. If left alive it does set a dangerous precedent of racist fucks running around.

Drop the case with prejudice. They can't just refile then.

Cuckservatives seem to hate this guy. I really hope he trolls the shit out of them.

So basically if you sent your renewal, you’re looking at 50/50 depending on the outcome?

The two court orders allowing #DACA renewals are in effect & even a later ruling by a judge in Texas on this new lawsuit can't take those down. 2/
