Yes. That is all I sent. No background check. I'm sure they will do it anyway to make sure there aren't any other records on you. But if you were advised to do so you should. But definitely the judges decision stating the case was dismissed.

Oh ok because I have everything else except the background check ready it takes 3-5 to receive. It might make the approval quicker if I send it though I'm not sure.

You are right. In this type of cases the more evidence you can give them that you're clear the better. Maybe that would've helped mine from taking sooo long lol
