I'm on the same boat, but I think it's time to leave the nest and I will in 3 months. I was going to move out before, but the whole DACA thing postponed my plans. At this point I am going to just risk it, get a place for myself, and hopefully the immigration issue will get resolved soon . It's in Gods hand now. If worse comes to worse, I'll pack my bags knowing I tried

how much would condo fees be ? roughly...lets say mortgage on a condo is approximately $1,300 plus utilities, how much would condo fees be ? are they that expensive ?

Since I have graduated college, I want to move out but it wouldn't be fair to my parents because tps is ending for them. Life isn't fair
