they go by expiration date. Around the 150 days mark is when they start renewals. So now they are doing November 2018 renewals, july is december, August should be Jan 2019

That’s pusbing it bro, by then the courts would have probably made some type of ruling and possibly shutting you down for a renewal.

I’m expiring March 2019 and plan to send by September. Not really sure what’s going to happen with renewal. I hope and pray that we can still all renew given that TX just filed a lawsuit

You can renew now. People are sending in their renewals 360 days before expiration.

I expire Q1 2019 and submitted my renewal Feb 2018. On USCIS’ site it says to call a number if your DACA request is outside of 105 days. So I called and was transferred to a level 2 officer who said I was not outside of normal processing time and that the current processing time is October 2017. Ombudsman said the same thing.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
