I mean you need someone that knows Korean law at least a bit. There are many Korean green card holders who also need to deal with the military service so I'd imagine the lawyers are prepped for that.

You can just go to the embassy and ask if you live close enough

Do you guys think this will be a hurdle in the future if I can't extend my military service and so I am unable to return to Korea until age 37? Like if a law gets passed here re: DACA, would missing the military service get in the way of me qualifying for permanent residency? I came here as a kid with a visitor's visa (B2).

Dude you can extend it. Just go and ask. They speak English as well as Korean
