When I finally called USCIS they informed me it had been delivered like months ago. I got transferred to a t2 officer and he sent a ticket in for me. I ended up getting a letter that said since I could not prove I did not receive it (even though I sent a letter from the post master and GPS proof that it was scanned at the wrong address) I would have to pay the fees to get a replacement. In the end I paid the fee and got a new EAD.

Long story short: USPS sucks and you may have to just pay for a new card.
I did get a USPS tracking # from USCIS but it showed that it delivered to a wrong address. I did a SR online 8/23/18. How long do you it will take for them to re-mail my EAD? Also, what is the cost to re-send it? How do I pay? Online?

When did you get a letter after the ticket?

And when did they mail the card?

Ok but that applies to any category meaning DACA based or AOS pending app based?

I send an application for replacement with a check for the 495 fee. I had to do biometrics again. The process took about two months

I received a response to my ticket about 4 months later, by that time I had already received my replacement card. The only thing the letter said was that I had to apply for a replacement card so that was a major waste of time.

Your app was DACA based. My EAD is free with I-485 because I paid the fees for AOS and Biometrics. The category is C09. There is no application for replacement for my case.

Correct, I was just answering your question about when I got my card. Maybe an info pass would be better in your case

I did a SR 8/23/18. Still waiting for it be assigned to an officer. Should I fill out DHS-7001?
