They gave me a NOID stating how they cannot approve AP for DACA. I called customer service and they said I should be getting my money back. Oh well! Now we know for sure:

A question regarding EWI. So as long as they don't stamp your password, regardless of how you entered, are you considered EWI? I entered on a B-2, agent saw it and let us cross. No stamp on passport as far as I know.

you need an I-94 receipt proving you came in legally. It used to be a little square paper. I know that now they dont give it at all and you have to access it online to get it.

Personally, I would not feel comfortable with the government stamping my password. I use a single password for all my accounts and that would be trouble.
