DACA will not be reinstated. Please understand that the Conservative SCOTUS will most likely rule it illegal. We are in all or nothing territory, stop giving Dems a pass... we have been played for 20 years.

I am very inclined to agree with you. There is ZERO excuse for them to NOT TO counter offer the president. They just do not want to give him a Win. I made a pledge that I would leave the country if Trump gets reelected and I think I will most definitely do that.

Watch them lose a bunch of the Hispanic vote next election. Trump is already exploiting that weakness.

Trump did make an offer to the Democrats, the half baked Bridge Act, for the Wall. However, the Democrats do not want to counter offer anything. Why? Because they do not want to give him a Win. They want to make Trump a one term president... And we ALL know how that turned out for the Republicans when the Republicans wanted to make Obama a one term president...
I was just pointing out the fact that the offer was made, I did not mention the injunctions. I just hate when people try and put all blame on Democrats. They were not the ones that canceled DACA, they were not the ones that put us in our current situation. They actually gave me the ability to live my life with more certainty and I will always be grateful.

What did the DEMOCRATS do when they controlled the White House, the House and the Senate! THEY COULD NOT GET THE DREAM ACT PASSED IN THE SENATE... You can go path Manchin and Tester in the back and maybe have a circle jerk with them.

I’m at a point where I’m down to come out of the shadows and go to fucking CNN and Fox News to call out Nancy Pelosi’s bullshit. This forum needs to also get stronger and actually have a voice, we are just letting a bunch of mom and pops early 20 year olds who haven’t lived real life run the show. These people still have a very naive mentality, we have all been that age know how they think. Enough is enough.

Let's also attack Democrats because they only kept the government closed for a couple of days in 2018. Let's also attack Democrats because they didn't take Trump's generous offer of DACA/TPS this year.

Let's do that.

Or maybe not because Republicans have been obstructionists for over a decade. You cannot negotiate with these people.

It's going to be a different story if a Democrat wins next term. We didn't have a voice during Obama's first term. Now we do.

If it were between negotiating with Trump and current republicans this year or marching on Washington as a community with a Democrat in the White House in a couple years, I'd say the latter has a better chance of succeeding.

Don't be a cuck. Dems offered wall funding multiple times, not just last February. He said he'd veto anything that wasn't Goodlatte's shit bill which received the fewest votes, so you can't really blame the injunctions.

One word... Idiot!
What is the reason for them to not to counter offer? BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE HIM A WIN! There is no other reason for them to not to counter offer.
Who says that Trump is not going to win reelection? Hillary's election was a sure thing right? What is going to happen if he wins reelection? Do we have to wait until 2025?

No, I'm all for sitting around and doing nothing and just hoping for something to magically happen.

SCOTUS is not considering whether or not DACA is constitutional. It is only considering whether Trump ended it correctly. DACA could still be reinstated by a Democratic President in 2021 since SCOTUS may not rule on the constitutionality of DACA.

My point on the march on Washington is just an example. There are many other ways to help our cause, little things such as donating to the Democratic candidate.
