Dispensaries don’t report your information to the Feds. They scan IDs to keep for their records and to make sure you’re over 21.

But they are US citizen alcoholic crack heads.

What's stopping the feds from requesting it? If I were a US citizen, I wouldn't worry about it one bit but for us...eh I'd be a little paranoid. Can you ask the people not to scan it?
