Approved two days ago!

Old DACA expired on September 26th, 2020.

Timeline:

Received: 01/28/2020 at Nebraska

Biometrics: 2/18/2020, right before all of this went down hahaha

Approved: 4/28/2020, also got the Card Production notification

Approved right on the 150 day mark.

Hang in there friends. We will win together.

Hi everyone! I was set to expire on 5/9 but received my renewal yesterday valid until 4/21/22. I'm very thankful!

Hope everyone has been well.

Anyone have any idea on DL? I can't renew in CA online. Luckily I'm working from home and don't need to drive. Anybody else in a similar situation? Renewed EAD but DL set to expire soon?

Are people getting their receipt notices in their emails? I sent my renewal last week and I can see it using my uscis account that they are processing it, but I have not received the status updates in my email nor my phone.

I received a text and receipt notices in the mail. it took them 2 weeks to send a text to my one of siblings last month though, so there could be some delays.

I expire November this year. Sent my renewal in March. I have receipts, but no decision.

I think they send from 4 months before expiration

Any November 2020 expirations approved or still waiting?

I had my fingerprints done in March. Everything says in process online. No text message or emails of approval. Nothing in the mail either. I originally thought they are waiting 150 days before EAD expires to approve which for me would be early June (very nerve-wrecking as SCOTUS decision can be any day). I know I sent mine in very early but I know some people who's EAD expired in a full year in 2021 and they sent in later than I did and already have been extended another two years.. so the 150 day rule doesn't seem to apply to everyone. Although that person didn't need new biometrics and old ones were used... not sure if that makes things quicker for some people just using old ones.

Sigh.. anyone have any inclination if SCOTUS kills it would they still allow pending apps to finish processing or it's completely dead?..

Sending good vibes and positive thoughts to all experiencing this terrible waiting game.
