At this point I think the president will leave DACA alone. Not to mention a good majority of his base supports the dreamers according to a recent poll..

When there's majority support he should push for the policy, not leave it alone. Leaving it alone is seen as weak and he will not get any latino votes if he were to make a good deal for DACA. It's stupid. It's like getting a $500k/year job but you denied it because you don't want to wear a suit to work.

Those who say we won. We didn't. Trump wanted to end daca so he can give us a permanent fix, path to citizenship, democrats screwed it up. Now with daca that's all it'll ever be. Can't travel, uncertainty and more wondering if we gonna get deported later.

No

Trump ended DACA so he can have his stupid wall

Not happening

If you're not happy with today's decision, you're welcome to throw away your EAD

oh you guys of little faith, you all realize this is all a wave right?

BLM (protests against police brutality), LGBTQ ruling, DACA ruling, all these will roll over Trump in November and beyond.

we are currently living in a Pandemic and an important part of American history that will be written in history books 50-100 years from now.

we are on the right side of history. DON'T CHOOSE THE WRONG SIDE.

oh and for fun,

"It's not that Chief Justice Roberts is a closet progressive. He's not.

It's that the Trump administration is *really bad* at administrative law."

Happy for those who are happy with temporary decision but I agree with minority here that it's more uncertainty for us who want more than just DACA.

Also don't be so confident that Biden will win the election. Hilary was also a big favorite and lost. Current BLM movement might play a cruel joke on us. People are getting sick of it and might vote for Trump just to mess with Democrats. 5 months until the election is a long time. Don't be so confident in Biden.

This is why we have to do what we can to help him win. We cannot go through this hell for another term y’all. My mental health will not take it.

Agree! It's an immediate "great, good, we're done, taken care of... I can go back to planning ahead" and then it hits you, "no, this is sssssooo not over!"

Even military is against him 100% now

Trump is a one trick pony. He is salesman with salesman's trick.

Well I called something somewhat right. I expected Roberts or/and Gorsuch to side with the liberals and rule that the ruling regime violated the APA with this rescission.

Get fucked Bunker Boy. Worst case scenario if this moron tries again you've got time to file renewals up until August or September at the earliest. Then election will come and Biden will just reinstate DACA (or rather pull back the rescission).

To those of you who feel sad that we're not set on fire right now, one fuck you, and two, this would only put pressure on democrats to accept something otherwise unacceptable. All the republicans would roast their marshmallows on the fire.
