Hey guys, I've been lurking for about 2 years here hoping they'd reinstate the program for new applicants & now that it's happened I have a few questions regarding the evidence needed to prove continual residence since june 2007. I was brought in 2002 when i was 3(EWI). I have evidence for all those years up until 2007. i only have 2 progress reports from elementary that say 2007. Unfortunately when we moved houses last year we lost a lot of documents. The question I have is how much evidence do I need. I can go to my middle & elementary school and ask for transcripts from 2007-2012, but is that enough? I've heard some people say they want a document for every month to 3 months from every year from 2007 to present day.

A lot of attorneys like Charles Kuck (21 savage's attorney) says USCIS has no option but to take them or else they'll sue them in federal court. Anyways even if they aren't my question id how much evidence of continual residence do i need. is 1 or 2 documents for a every year enough?

Continuous documents (ones that cover a period of time are the best). At the time when I originally applied I submitted my high school transcript (covering mid 2006 to mid 2010) and college transcripts (covering mid 2010 to present which at the time was mid 2012).

So yeah, as an initial applicant you will need basically all the school records, bank records, etc, from June 2007 until present.

So my middle school transcripts are enough to cover 3 years (2009-2012)?

thats not true that you have to provide proof for every month but they can ask for that if you dont have anything official or they feel like it may not be true. but your school should cover you without any problem.
I did not have anything to cover after 2008 after graduating from college luckily I had bank account opened from 2006 so I took just some statements for couple of months only from 2006 to 2012.

Alright man thanks for the help. I'll ask them if they can give me a letter on top of the transcripts just to be on the safe side.

I repeat, USCIS isn't processing new DACA applications right now. Check back later.
