can't find a way to get to a representative :/

I called today again. I put my receipt number and said update info and then kept asking for representative and it transferred.

They said they opened another request and they will get back to me in 30 days.

I tried doing that, and the automated system won’t transfer me and just ends the call.

Same here. Maybe it worked for FLDreamerrr because like he said, it gave him an update on his status.

This is insane. I expire next in early January and I just got a job offer at Amazon which I start next week!!!
