Has anyone bought a house with only DACA and No co-signer??

Hey guys,
Wanted to see if there are any homeowners who already own houses without co-signers or with help from a US citizen? What was your experience like?
Also where did you guys get your loan from?

Recently took out a mortgage but I had a co-signer cause I wanted a bigger loan. I wouldn’t have had any issues taking out a loan by myself though.

There's many many DACA recipients that have bought homes by themselves. You don't need a co-signer. The only reason why someone might get a co-signer is if they have issues in their credit history.

Hi!

I recently got a home loan with Bank of America. As far as DACA all they asked was for my EAD and the letter of DACA approval, that was all.

They asked more information around my income and savings, which was just a matter of showing bank statements, 401k savings and e-trade statements.. My credit is pretty good (over 800) and got a loan with a 3% interest rate. The loan is for $262k in Texas.

I think after the Wells Fargo law suits, banks are not able to deny loans just because we have DACA.

Both my brother and I have mortgage loans, mine was for $140k and his was for $200k no co-signer for either one of us.
