Nailed it. Organizations like UWD know that once the issue is solved, their pockets go empty and they’ll no longer be needed. Therefore their power will evaporate.

Rest assured...they are now even more emboldened after Dems taking back the Senate. But I've got a feeling things will be different this time around. Joey will actually look to forge partnerships and use his previous senate relationships to come up with bipartisan compromises.

Indeed. I meant to say they are "NOW" even more emboldened. "Immediate citizenship" for all is just not proper messaging. We need to learn from the past. It is that messaging that got Trump and the R's in power. We must take this opportunity head on and aim to pass Dream Act in 2021.

Fuck yeah!!!! Stacy Abram pulled through. Still think DA would be a 2022 play and that's if another blue wave comes. We should do what we can to help for 2022.

hopefully we can avoid the recount nonsense

@Redistrict
Look guys, I've seen enough. Both Raphael Warnock (D) and Jon Ossoff (D) will win by margins comfortably exceeding GA's 0.5% recount threshold. #GASEN

I'm not worried about potential recount. Ossoff is up by almost 18k votes now. No way they counted so many ballots incorrectly.
