Any lender is fine as long as your income is stable like everyone else. I just did mine mortgague for a condo. It's alright now.

not all lender ask that question I think. i think most importantly they want to know the visa status. i'd tell them I have a work permit/EAD was issued under C:33 / category 33 without telling them is a visa or daca. sometimes they will keep asking if that is a visa, id tell them it is a special program that allows renewal every 2yrs and is not a visa just a category.

Thank you so much for answering! I was denied by Citibank because they didn’t have a category for me

If you know any banks please let me know. It’s really hard to get in touch with any mortgage lenders in person these days to ask questions.
