For renewal, passport photos are not required, but if you want to be safe, then go for it. Doesn’t hurt.

I sent in my renewal app on May 18, and I was approved June 10th. Received my EAD card yesterday. I was suppose to expire on October 25th. And I didn’t send my passport photos.

Nice, I expire December 2021 but I sent mine in Friday. I have been seeing a lot of delay stories and didn't want to risk it.

Nah, I have a C31 from VAWA these days which comes with the automatic 180 day extension once I file I-765.

Also waiting for AG Garland to overturn Matter of S-O-C- so I can just file a straight up MTT with the court and then do AOS with USCIS. Depending on the timing, I'll either renew this C31 EAD or just fuck it and apply straight up for AOS if I can.

My daca expires nov 2021, i send the renewal application April 5, and got the approval and EAD card last week. One of the fastest processing times for me (previous years has taken 8-10 months, causing me to lose mu job at that time)

I feel like they dump all their applications in a box and just randomly draw the next one to do. I applied in April and haven’t received anything yet.

Did they accept your application?

Just trying to determine how early we can submit our application. I think earlier I've sent in applications about a year early but I'm curious if that's still possible.

I just off with the phone with my ombudsman and it seems like they are working on February 17th right now, I submitted my application on Mid March and my EAD expired on 23rd of this Month.

They’re full of shit. They’re going with whatever lands first on their desk. Most unorganized shit ever.
