Guys can someone explain how come we only need 50 votes now instead of 60?

Nvm, it's all based on a promise that by passing the Infrastructure bill, some Republicans will join in and vote for the BBB bill. We'll see.

It is all cool in the sense that, what if you are self employed and you don't need the work authorization, then you can just get daca and pay 85$ and you are off the hook

That's not what's happening. They are using a process called reconciliation which allows the passing of legislation with 51 votes and no filibuster, if said legislation has an impact on budgetary matters. Dems have 50 votes, when there's a tie, the presiding officer of the Senate who is the VP breaks it.
