My employer is big though and I imagine other large employers will do the same and I wonder if that will create a bit of a backlog from panic filing alone.

One of the Big 4 Companies in Tech. I think they added all DACA recipients onto their lawyer portfolios and just treat us like their visa holders.

HR is never your friend. i would begin to look for employment elsewhere and dont tell your next employer about your DACA.
