It's kind of nerve wrecking to know that i will be out of a job in June but the renewal is still no news... i filed my renewal in Dec. 2024 and still no updates....

instead if crying about it, look for solutions.

ask HR to put you in the longest LOA possible like a week or 2 before it expires, ask them if you can come back before LOA ends. just come back when you get it.
