It's hard to defend a Democratic party that isn't defending people like you and me. You say lets focus on today. Well today's democratic party has voted for the Laken Riley act which takes away due process for people like us, they have also voted to "Express Gratitude' to ICE", the same department tearing up innocent families and kidnapping people based on the color of their skin.

Just look at their recent polling. They just got their lowest rating from voters in 35 years. This is supposed the the time for them to fight back, and they are not living up to the moment. Their way of "fighting back" is by sending Republicans "letters" and challenging them to "debates" as if that's going to do anything.

Surprised you haven't pulled your head out of your ass and gotten tired of your same old, same old after all these years.

Don't worry, though, I'm sure Diaper Don, Steven Miller, Kristi Noem, and Tom Homan have something good in store for Dreamers. They have huge hearts and are kind people. Something that will have full R support AND bring in D support in these times. A great deal!

Right now, you're acting just like the cult on the other side. When facts challenge you, you respond by acting like a spoiled kid who got upset because they have nothing smart to say. It's sad. Get some help, mental health is important.

Really?

Are you able to renew your DACA under GOP Prez and Congress?

Yes or No?

I hate the situation but we got here because Democrats are weak and have no strategy. For almost a decade the Democrat platform is just "pick me because I'm not Trump." We can't do anything unless the people who are suppose to be on our side understands why they lost and honestly have a lesson learned. The current Democrat party needs to be reformed and new leadership needs to come in. We are on the verge of fascism and all Democrats have done was lip service and no action. Every chance they got to stand up to the Republicans, they folded. Schumer is going to fold in Sept as well. TX will redistrict and all the blue states won't do shit. They give a tough PR stunt and no follow through. Democrat voters are all tired of their shit hence the low approval numbers of 20%. We need to see action and follow through. We need to see the party has the leadership to beat the Republicans. Right now I just don't see it. They need another Harry Reid; another Obama. Instead of running bullshit candidates like Harris. Dumbasses are still trying to run Harris for 2028. While I prefer a moderate candidates, I'll take a progressive candidate who has high charisma and a male (it's just not time for a female president). Just need someone who can actually win. If Newsom can actually lead the gerrymandering of CA, I think he has a high chance of being president. If he's just lip servicing and fails, he's not going to be viable. But for the love of fucking...No Harris 2028...Honestly, Democrats need a polarizing candidate to hold all the MAGA accountable for 2025-2028. That would be a huge rally cry. No one has the balls, no deal makers, no strategist in the current party.

You don't get it

It is not Dem vs GOP

It is Big Money vs No Money

Most of Big Money wanted legalization for undocs before while No Money didn't

Now both Big Money and No money don't want legalization.

They cut snap and all the hungry people are going to have to pick up construction and farm work jobs or starve. They thought they voted to cut illegals off the system, but illegals were already ineligible. This is known as an own goal. Oh well.

The wildest thing is this might lead to a surge in crime as hungry desperate people turn to crime to survive.
