Instead, ImmCustE is well known for arresting people including citizens and leaving them to rot in detention even 7+ months if their dodgy and often incorrect data says they can get a deportation.

They've even held citizens even when presented with proof of citizenship and said that their data says they are an undocumented. There was even a case where they tried to deport a native american! To where? You'd think after this embarrassing blunder they'd fix their data issues.

They even dragged an elderly asian man out of the shower essentially naked into the snow in MN despite proof of citizenship. I'd argue if you are brown and a citizen you are essentially undocumented until proven otherwise and at perpetual risk of deportation. Leading to a status of citizen-lite.

And to those who feel safe because of being white or white passing, you probably shouldn't because what the government does to its brown citizens it can do to you.
