Just because they had a criminal history doesn't mean they have committed a deportable offense, you can get a criminal history just by being falsely accused and then arrested. Or charged and the case was later dismissed, or went to trial and they couldn't prove guilt.

We are background checked each time we renew our documentation, so its clear they are finding random excuses maybe even technicalities rather than violations of DACA program. Like I said, they might just leave them in detention and let their paperwork run out then they can deport them.
