I don’t know what’s going on with my case. I received text and email notification that my case has been received on 1/22. Both cases are showing as in process on ELIS with receipt notice links that lead to an error 500 page. I haven’t received anything in the mail or email since then. When I checked my I-765 status on the regular UScis website today, it’s showing bio scheduled on 1/27 (Saturday?) while nothing has been updated on ELIS.

I don’t know why it’s taking so long for me to receive the initial receipts and if somehow my mailing address (friend’s address) is unreliable I can’t even print my bio letter from ELIS.

Not sure exactly what makes it complex or not.

No legal troubles/run ins with the law. Moved since the last renewal but had moved before my first renewal and that did not seem to be an issue.

Did you send it to Chicago as well?

If I sent in my renewal packet 1/18 via UPS Priority, and then UPS sent me an email saying they've received it at 1/22, yet zero word from USCIS via email/mail/text even to today. Yes, I've checked my USCIS accounts.

When is the point I should take action? Everyone here are getting receipts after 3~4 days at latest, yet it's almost been 2 weeks for me. Should I send in another packet? I'm really lost on what to do, any help would be appreciated.

Did you send to Chicago as well? You and I have the same timeline. I just received a notice on Saturday saying they got my case

You should get something in the mail this week. It usually takes a while.

I can't view bio letter on website either.

I got my letters on Friday and they received my packet a day earlier than you. I also live only an hour away from the Chicago location. You'll probably get them today or tomorrow.

But when they 'received the packet', did you get the notification from USCIS? or your mail carrier?

I've gotten nothing from USCIS, usually they said 'your request has been received'.

I've only gotten a 'confirmation' that the mail has been delievered from UPS. Zero word from USCIS.

Signature confirmation from USPS first. USCIS officially accepted the app and sent notifications a few days later. I don't know if you included the notification form with your packet. I'm pretty sure they were bombarded with applications this past week but you should get something this week.

At what point should I panic and send them another packet? If it's been a month with zero reply from USCIS? All I want is a message saying they've received the application..
